The Authority currently has no powers to certify retrospective development. This is development that has commenced and or completed prior to making the application, or during the Authority's assessment of the application. All such applications will be invalidated.
There are now 4 stages that need to be followed to make a planning application for a section 25 certificate:
Property owners, residents and others with a property interest within the relevant Planning Scheme area or immediately adjacent to it can make submissions to the Docklands Authority on section 25 applications.
Third party submissions must be attached to a Third Party Submission Application Form.
