3. Third Party Submissions & Assessment

The applicant will receive copies of all valid submissions at the end of the 10 working days for third party submissions. The applicant must respond to the submissions within a further 10 day period. The Docklands Authority may also request additional information at this stage in the process. When the application is complete a Planner's Report will be prepared for circulation to the Board of the Docklands Authority.
